We work across the entire agricultural value chain to build sustainable solutions that have business value, including identifying risks to agri-food systems, conducting market assessments, and developing effective and inclusive strategies for agribusiness development.

We work closely with project teams to identify potential environmental and social risks and develop innovative and inclusive strategies to manage such risks. Our experts are experienced in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) frameworks adopted by the World Bank, IFC, UNDP, and AfDB.

We use a blend of qualitative and quantitative methods to conduct formative assessments in support of new project and programme designs and policies. We also conduct summative evaluations to assess the social changes associated with development interventions and the medium and long-term impacts of such operations.

We provide climate risk screening and adaptation planning support, translate raw climate data into ready-to-use information, and design transformative resilience strategies for communities and businesses.

Our expertise covers all technical, commercial, regulatory, and environmental aspects of solar and biomass projects. We have a track record in devising strategies for solar (standalone and mini-grid) projects, assessing market opportunities, and evaluating progress.
